  • What services do you offer?
    We offer two different programs. a) A monthly subscription that provides access to all our online courses and b) 1-1 personal lessons
  • How can I access virtual classrooms?
    To access our courses First ... Register . Fill in the registration details and choose a monthly program. From there, you can access Live lessons via the Lessons page or via the Live link highlighted in yellow at the top of your screen. You can also see The Vault for full registrations of all our classes.
  • I do not have much exercise equipment at home. Can I continue your lessons?
    You do not need fancy equipment (or any equipment at all!) To do these classes. Tell us what you have and we will help you modify the workouts to make them effective for you! We are also happy to suggest some easy, inexpensive home fitness options.
  • I have an injury, condition or concern. Will this affect my ability to do your workouts?
    Not at all! We provide modifications to all our classes. However, if you have a medical condition or injury, consult your doctor before doing any physical exercise. And, as always, we encourage you to listen to your body and do only what feels right.
  • How long is your workout?
    Most of the workouts are 60 minutes. Low impact workouts tend to range between 30-40 minutes and "20 & tired" workouts are 20 minutes.
  • What if I have a conflict and I can't do the scheduled class? Do you offer makeup?
    All our courses are recorded and published in The Vault on our website. Monthly subscribers can access any of the courses with ease and still feel like working with us! The Vault is always available to our members - wherever they are and whenever they want - it gives them maximum flexibility to exercise!
  • How do you process payments?
    Payments will be processed via PayPal and will be automatically renewed on the first of each month. Once registered, you can access your account information, subscription plan, payments, and cancellation options by clicking the Account link.
  • Can I cancel my subscription?
    Yes ... you can cancel your subscription at any time. To do this, simply go to the account page and click the red button next to your subscription. If you need further assistance, please contact us .
